When is it worth seeking help?

A sudden emotional crisis, panic attacks, breakup, betrayal, psychological violence, trauma, severe anxiety or a feeling of overload are situations in which you do not need to be left alone.

Crisis interventions during the week take place after prior telephone contact.

The meeting may take place:

• online via Zoom

• by phone

Duration: 50 minutes

Weekendowe interwencje kryzysowe dostępne są wyłącznie po wcześniejszym kontakcie telefonicznym i zależą od dostępności terminów.

 

Forma spotkania:
